Garena has started its Halloween season in Free Fire with a horror-themed teaser (“Transmission FINAL – The Reaper is here”) and a run of Luck Royale events through the second half of October 2026. This guide explains what is officially confirmed, what has only been reported from data-mines, how the Halloween-themed Ring events actually work, and how to spend diamonds on them without regret. We will update this page as each event goes live in the game.
Short version: the Halloween Ring is a token-based Luck Royale where every spin gives you a prize plus tokens, and the Reaper-style skeleton bundles are the grand prizes you exchange tokens for. Budget before you spin, and never trust a site that promises free spins.
What Is Officially Confirmed
- Garena released an official teaser with a flaming skeleton cowboy and the line “The Reaper is here… The wait is over. It’s time to end it.” It is styled as the final chapter of a story event.
- The in-game Halloween season (shown as the “Unseen” event in the OB55 Advance Server) brings free mission rewards: a Halloween loot box, a parang skin, a grenade skin, a parachute and smaller items such as banners and avatars, according to the Advance Server files.
- The NARUTO SHIPPUDEN collaboration ended on 15 October, which is why the Halloween content started right after. See our Naruto event guide for what that event included.
Reported October Luck Royale Schedule (Not Confirmed by Garena)
A data-mined calendar shared by leakers lists the following Luck Royale rotations. Treat it as a forecast, not a promise: Garena regularly changes dates and prizes before release, and regional servers do not always get the same rotation. We mark each line as it goes live.
| Date (reported) | Event | What it appears to contain | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| 16 Oct | Faded Wheel | New character or bundle | Reported |
| 18 Oct | Halloween Ring | Three Halloween bundles: the skeleton cowboy (Reaper), a red ghost-bride and a red hooded figure | Reported – check the Luck Royale tab |
| 21 Oct | Faded Wheel | Bundle rotation | Reported |
| 23 Oct | G36 × SKS Ring | Two gun skins: a white-dragon G36 and a blue-crystal SKS | Reported |
| 25 Oct | Faded Wheel | Red dragon-style pet or emote | Reported |
| 28 Oct | Phantom Ring | Three skeleton-print bundles (purple and blue) | Reported |
If you open Free Fire and the Luck Royale tab shows a different event, the in-game screen is right and this table is wrong. That is normal for leaked calendars.
How a Ring Event Works
All Ring events in Free Fire use the same system, so once you understand it you can judge any of them, including the Halloween Ring:
- Each spin costs diamonds. A single spin is usually 9–40 diamonds depending on the ring, and a 10+1 pack is slightly cheaper per spin.
- Every spin gives a prize and tokens. Prizes are small items (loot crates, vouchers, gun skins, emotes). Tokens are the real currency of the event.
- Grand prizes are bought with tokens. The top bundles sit in an Exchange tab with a token price, typically in the hundreds of tokens. You are not relying on a lucky drop; you are saving up.
- Spins can give a grand prize directly, but the odds are low. Treat a direct drop as a bonus, not the plan.
- Ring vouchers from events sometimes work in themed rings and sometimes do not. The ring’s Info (i) button tells you.
How Many Diamonds Does a Halloween Ring Bundle Cost?
Garena does not publish a fixed number because it depends on tokens per spin and the grand prize’s token price. Based on how previous themed rings in 2026 were priced, players who aim for one grand-prize bundle usually end up spending somewhere in the range of a few thousand diamonds. Before you start:
- Open the ring, tap Info, and note the token price of the bundle you want.
- Note how many tokens one spin gives (it is shown on the spin screen).
- Divide: bundle tokens ÷ tokens per spin = spins needed. Multiply by the diamond cost per spin. That is your real price.
- Add 10–15% for the chance that the token value changes between the first and later spins.
If that number is higher than you are comfortable with, the free mission rewards of the Halloween event are the better deal. Our diamonds guide explains the safe ways to top up and the promotions worth waiting for.
The Reaper Bundle: What We Know
The flaming skeleton cowboy from the teaser matches the first bundle shown in the reported Halloween Ring. Expect it to be the most expensive grand prize of that ring, with the other two Halloween bundles (the ghost bride and the hooded figure) priced lower. If Garena follows its usual pattern, the Reaper bundle will not appear in the regular store at all, so the ring is the only way to get it during the event. Garena has not announced whether it returns later.
Tips Before You Spin
- Decide the bundle you want first. Spinning “to see what happens” is how diamonds disappear.
- Spin in 10+1 packs; single spins are the worst value.
- Check whether your server has a top-up bonus running the same week. Buying diamonds during a bonus is the cheapest way to fund a ring.
- Do not buy ring tokens, spins or “guaranteed grand prize” services from third parties. Those offers are scams and risk your account. Our guide to the official redemption site explains how real Garena rewards are delivered.
- Free Halloween items come from the event missions, not from the ring. Finish the missions first; they cost nothing.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Halloween Ring available on the Pakistan server?
Themed rings usually launch on all major servers within the same week, but the exact date can differ. Check the Luck Royale tab in your own game rather than relying on screenshots from other regions. Our Pakistan server guide covers how regional rotations work.
Can I get the Reaper bundle for free?
There is no official free route to a grand-prize ring bundle. Free Halloween rewards are the mission items (loot box, parang, grenade skin, parachute). Anyone offering the bundle for free is running a scam.
Do ring tokens expire?
Yes. Tokens from a themed ring are usually valid only while that ring is live. Spend them before the event ends or they are lost.
Will this page be updated?
Yes. Each row in the schedule table is marked as events go live, and we add the confirmed token prices once they can be checked in the game.
Summary
The Halloween 2026 season in Free Fire is built around free mission rewards plus a series of Luck Royale rings, with the Reaper skeleton bundle as the headline prize. The schedule above is reported, not confirmed; the ring mechanics are fixed and predictable. Calculate the real diamond cost of the bundle you want before your first spin, finish the free missions first, and ignore every “free Reaper bundle” offer you see.
