A roadmap image is going around social media claiming Free Fire will get a Poppy Playtime collaboration in October 2026, a Ben 10 collaboration in November 2026 and a Naruto Shippuden collaboration in January 2027. Before you save diamonds for any of them, here is what is actually confirmed, what is only leaked, and what we could not verify, as of 23 October 2026.
Quick answer: Only the Naruto Shippuden Chapter One return is officially confirmed, and it ran from 16 September to 15 October 2026. Ben 10 is widely reported but still leak-based, and those reports point to a release in mid-October, not November. We found no official Garena announcement for a Poppy Playtime collaboration. Naruto Chapter Two is rumoured for December 2026, not January 2027. Treat the roadmap image as unverified.
Collaboration Roadmap: Confirmed vs Leaked
| Collaboration | What the image says | What we found | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Naruto Shippuden Chapter One | Not shown | Returned 16 Sep to 15 Oct 2026 with Hinata and a controlled Nine Tails | Confirmed by Garena |
| Poppy Playtime | October 2026 | No official Garena announcement found; only a social post teasing more information on 23 October | Unverified |
| Ben 10 | November 2026 | Leak sites reported a start around 15 October 2026 and said Garena had not published a full breakdown | Leaked, date disputed |
| Naruto Shippuden Chapter Two | January 2027 | One report lists 16 December 2026 (OB56) | Rumoured, date disputed |
| Demon Slayer Chapter Two | Not shown | Reported for around March 2027 (OB57) | Rumoured |
| One Piece (10th anniversary) | Not shown | Reported for summer 2027 | Rumoured |
The dates in the roadmap image do not match what other leakers and news sites report, which is a sign it was made from guesses or an unreliable source. Dates in leaks also change often, so check the in-game Events tab instead of relying on any calendar.
Ben 10 Collaboration: What Leaks Say
Several sites reported the Ben 10 event in early and mid October 2026, all based on leakers and with Garena’s own breakdown still missing at the time. Expected content includes the Ben Tennyson, Gwen Tennyson and Lucky Girl bundles, Alien X and Heatblast transformation emotes, a MAG-7 skin, a Diamondhead machete, a Rustbucket-style jeep, an Omnitrix backpack and profile items. A Ben Tennyson Ring (Luck Royale) and event tickets or tokens are also expected. Prices, spin costs and end dates were still unannounced, and item names may change. If the event is live when you read this, the in-game countdown and shop are the only reliable source.
Poppy Playtime: Why We Are Careful
Poppy Playtime has recently released new content of its own, and it has collaborated with other games, but we could not find a Garena announcement, trailer or Advance Server evidence linking it to Free Fire. A fan post teasing news on 23 October is not an announcement. Until Garena or Free Fire’s official channels confirm it, treat Poppy Playtime as a rumour and do not spend diamonds in expectation of it.
Naruto: What We Know
The official event was Chapter One: Nine Tails Strikes, announced on 15 September 2026 and live from 16 September to 15 October. See our Naruto Shippuden collaboration guide for the rewards and the Nine Tails mechanic. A Chapter Two is rumoured, but the date is not confirmed.
How to Plan Your Diamonds Around Collabs
- Wait for the official announcement. Garena confirms dates through the game and its official social pages, usually a few days before launch.
- Check the Advance Server. Items that appear there are more reliable than image roadmaps. Our Advance Server guide shows how.
- Use free rewards first. Collaboration events usually include free items through missions, tickets or tokens, as the Naruto event did.
- Set a diamond budget. Luck Royale spins are random. Decide your limit before the event starts, and use our diamond calculator to plan your spins.
- Top up only through official routes. See our Pakistan top-up guide.
Collab Scams to Avoid
- “Leaked” collab skins or APKs: modified files and early-access downloads are malware or lead to a ban. No file can unlock a skin before release.
- Free collab bundle generators: they cannot add items to your account and exist to collect your login.
- Fake event links: only use the in-game Events tab and the official redemption site for codes.
